This Return Policy applies to lifestyle consultation services provided by Anklehip. As our services are delivered through personal consultations rather than physical products, this policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

3. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free rescheduling
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund, rescheduling subject to availability and a rescheduling fee
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation by Anklehip
In the rare event that we need to cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. We will notify you as promptly as possible via your provided contact details.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
6. Satisfaction and Follow-Up
We are committed to providing thoughtful, educational consultations. If you feel that a session did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation. We will discuss your concerns and, where appropriate under our policies and applicable law, offer a follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion.
7. Package Sessions
If you have purchased a package of multiple consultation sessions, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you wish to discontinue the package. Sessions already completed are non-refundable. Package refunds are calculated based on the per-session rate applicable at the time of purchase.
8. Consumer Rights Under New Zealand Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Our lifestyle consultation services are services supplied to consumers in the ordinary course of business. Under the CGA, services must be:
- carried out with reasonable care and skill;
- fit for any particular purpose you tell us about before booking;
- completed within a reasonable time when no time is agreed; and
- charged at a reasonable price when no price is agreed in advance.
If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Depending on the seriousness of the failure, remedies may include a refund, repeat performance of the service, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. We will work with you in good faith to provide an appropriate remedy.
Our contractual cancellation terms in Sections 3 and 4 operate alongside your statutory rights. Where the CGA provides a greater remedy, your statutory rights prevail.
9. Payment and Pricing
Consultation fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Current session fees are published on our Consultation Process page. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a consultation or refund decision, please contact us first with details of your concern. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may seek guidance from Consumer Protection (consumerprotection.govt.nz) or bring a claim to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand where the claim falls within its jurisdiction.
